This Calculator is part of an Insurance Family of tiny Calculators. It provides an easy way to calculate 20 and 15 Term Insurance Rates. The rates are term insurance for 20 years for ages 18 to 55 and 15 years for ages 56 to 60, based on the Plan selected:

All you have to do is: select Tobacco or Non-Tobacco, slide the calculator slider to the correct age and you will get the rates for all six plans in one view.

Use the Height/Weight Table to determine that you are within insurable weight limits.
